The M.B.A., Human Resource Management (HRM) Concentration, is designed with both experienced business leaders and management newcomers in mind. This program will build on your broad business foundation to help you develop expertise in managing an organization’s most valuable asset – its people. You will learn about talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, total rewards, and other HRM topics that positively shape organizational culture. Graduates will be well prepared for generalist positions in HRM as well as management roles in people-centric organizations.
